ok some colour done, so far its looking how I want it to, so here's probably where it goes wrong :) I'm going for the neon look too. Time to start refining now

I only think her hand is a bit .. strange? :D is her hand the micro? Otherwise she'll sing around the micro, not into it. I really don't know how to express it. ^^

I think it's a bot early to be suggesting stuff yet, but I do really like the colour of her hair! I quite like the posture of the guitarist too. Hopefully see more of this soon!
