Yes, as soon as I posted about my ignorance I thought, "I bet it was on the facebook thing." :)
ArtRage will always be my number one app but I did like the "feel" of the Mischief pen. Using that is the only time I've ever thought about bothering to do linework.

I shall try out that Milton thing later, it looks promising from the screenshots.

Yep, that Milton Paint software is pretty much a recreation of Mischief! And it has layers, which the old freebie didn't have. Interface is a little clunkier but I shall now be doodling and forgetting about this one instead of whining about dead apps. :)

Thanks, Banj!

Welcome to the Nexus Lyla,
and pardon me for asking but isn't that statement a bit contradictory? ;)

The biggest issue with Procreate is that it's only available on one device. Until that changes I'll never experience it.

I was thinking the very same, Valence. ... When I first saw it being used in a video, I was pretty sure it was the same program I had heard about. So I asked the artist which program it was, and he confirmed it was indeed Procreate. - Seems that a lot of folks do like it overall, or at least speak highly of it. But again, I too am not purchasing an Apple iPad just to use it. Plus, I don't like working on smaller screens when I can be working with something much bigger. I find it much more enjoyable. ... (Even though I haven't done anything art related in some time... )

I get sketchy around pencils! ...=D
