uh... so what does it do? Make "paintings" out of movie clips? (And that didn't even look like Eddie!)

You take a frame from a video, paint over it, it then takes that frame as a reference and makes the rest of the video look like it was painted. Think of it as a very clever video filter that generates hand painted looking video.

I guess it depends on the objective. And you still have to paint the reference key frames.
