Let them drown.

Thankfully it doesn't work that way. When you use shared vehicles they move in your game but not theirs. Other people have used my bikes and trucks and they're still always where I leave them in my world.

Structures are stationary and don't go anywhere, and the vehicles are either where the owner left them, or where you left them after using it.

Baba Yaga is in Tomb Raider. I've been delaying that quest for a while.
