Enough of that house building and sword crafting in Skyrim. Let's get back to some action quests with
animal killing killing of bad guys.
Bad. Guys.
Like this Giant...
Oh, wait. There are two giants. Glad I was being sneaky behind the rock.
Can I kill one without having to fight the other?
No, is the apparent answer to that.
Got launched into space again by their big swinging clubs. Several times. But after a few reloads I managed to let the second one chase me into a position where I could shout him down and then sword him to death with... my sword.
Now back to Whiterun to collect my reward, but first a quick stop in Arcadia's Cauldron to do some more shopping. I seem to shop too much these days. Even Skyrim is turning into a capitalist consumer state.
You don't happen to have any Fire Salts or maybe even some Ice Wraith teeth cos I'm having trouble finding them in the wild. You do! Excellent.
Now up to Dragonsreach for my giant-killing cash and while I'm here should I finally talk to the Jarl about that weird kid of his?
I've been putting it off for a while. Could be a touchy subject. After all, I'm not the kid's therapist am I?
Or maybe I am. Hey, fellow kids, wanna have an awkward conversation with an adult?
Anywaaay. Much later I ended up having to pickpocket that sneery wizard guy which was a little tense seeing as he always seems slightly dangerous on his own and even more so with a few guards and Irileth just around the corner too, but at least Arissa was watching my back while hiding behind the map.
Was all worth it in the end. Then on my way back home I almost adopted a child.
Saw poor Lucia begging so I asked what was wrong and she told a little sad story and before I knew what was happening the conversation had quickly escalated into me looking after her!
I settled for some uneasy silence and backed away.
Not yet kid.
Had more than enough of children today and I've got too much adventuring to do!
