I don't think anyone has mentioned this new program yet (apologies if you have). It's still in development but you can buy a discounted early version...version. Great watercolour simulation and nice impasto acrylics. It's still very simple and there are almost no selection tools but it looks like it has lots of potential.

Yeah I saw this reviewed in the latest IFX that arrived yesterday. Those drippy effects look pretty good. I always tend not to bother with watercolour effects in digital software like Artrage and Painter due to the annoying number of settings that the brushes have. It always tends to be rather unintuitive having to tweak everything for each different stroke you want.

Well I bought this, I love the effect and it's really user friendly, just wish there were options to work with my Clintiq. I do like it though
