That's not the usual old Hellboy is it? :unsure:
Seems both movie style and actors have changed. Though I spotted some actors I like. And I just might have to remember to listen to some more Billy Idol one of these days :D

I finally got around to watching The BFG last night and mostly enjoyed it. It did feel a bit too long (90 minutes should be more than enough) and the sillier parts of the story didn't translate to the big screen that well. But Mark Rylance was indeed wonderful and the facial animation that captured his performance was amazing.

...and I managed to see Valerian last night and enjoyed that too. I could have done without Rihanna's indulgent little turn but the imagination in all the art and designs was wonderful to look at. Would happily watch again!

I've hardly watched any movies this holiday. I'd say hardly any TV but since I was visiting family the TV was on and showing kid shows most of the time*. By the time my niece is in bed she has the rest of us so exhausted we go to bed as well...

My niece usually doesn't watch, but it stays on so she won't accidentally see some real life news or other unpleasantness. Not sure if sis is gonna keep that routine until she's 18, or what... :dry:
