Just watched "San Andreas" on TV. Not much for disaster movies, but it was pretty awesome seeing the whole land surface undulating like water... Kinda cool.

I think I've seen that one but don't recall too much about it, apart from The Rock and a helicopter. Also "San Andreas" makes me think of GTA first. :)

I didn't watch any movies over the weekend but I did see the first episode of Killing Eve which was wonderful, best thing I've seen for ages! Now the dilemma is... do I binge watch the set on the iPlayer or wait for weekly "live" episodes. Hmmm.
I'll probably be patient and wait, I'm stupidly old-fashioned when it comes to TV schedules.

It pretty much was the Rock and a helicopter (and a car, an airplane and a boat). And cool special effects. :P

I saw Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets on Saturday and quite enjoyed it.

Yes, I'd quite like to see that one too. It's a shame it flopped so bad at the box office (a bit like John Carter,) it sounded like it deserved to do better.

Yeah, it is a great deal more creative than a lot of the stuff that takes insane amounts of money.

I'd forgotten about that one... Hopefully it'll make it to TV soon. (If I get anything on DVD you can bet your, well something, that TV will show it a week later)

I meant to post that myself. I'm looking forward to seeing Marvel's Green Lant-- I mean Captain Marvel at some point (maybe after catching up on the 200 of so Marvel films I still haven't seen yet).

Saw Guardians of the Galaxy volume 2 last night, and based on that I need more super hero movies.
