Speaking of which...

At least Neil Blomkamp is doing something different for once

I don't like sand. It's coarse, and rough and irritating, and it's full of giant worms that eat everyone

I have now watched Chupa. Cute creature in a kind of ugly and very artificial and sort of anatomically strange way.

Any an all misspellings are henceforth blamed on the cats.

Yes I can see that too just from the thumbnail pic.
But next to that on the list is...

I am Uhtred, son of Uhtred, and they've made a film about me.
Destiny is all.
Etc.

Let's see if those seven kings die.

Edit: He didn't say the line at the start!
He'd better say it at some point. :shakefist:

It's an OK film but it's pretty much every E.T. like family movie of the last forty years about small creature befriending child while hunted by bad guy.

Queen Charlotte is a series in 6 episodes.
So far episode 4 seems to be mostly rehashing what we've already seen (it's supposedly more from the perspective of King George III but very little is new.)

Edit:
There. Episode over and we're caught up to right where we were yesterday.
I also did some reading about what illness King George III had (I had read previously it was porphyria which seemed a bit exotic and now found an article about how that was highly unlikely and based on cherry picking of symptoms, and he was much more likely to be bipolar) and found that the illness in the series doesn't match either symptoms or time. By the time he had his first episode he already had a child of 3, for instance (in the real world). Then again, Lady whatsit who writes the social commentary in the Bridgerton series did point out at the beginning of the first episode that nothing in her story of Queen Charlotte would be actual facts. She wasn't lying, I guess.

OK so I finished Queen Charlotte but we never found out what happened to Reynolds. :stare:
