Just watched the second episode of House of Dragons. Still not entirely sure about it, but I guess I like it better than Sandman which I still haven't seen more episodes of. I read some reviews - or rather an article about several reviews and they were divided too. But at least one mentioned that the characters are not as engaging and witty as in GoT and I think that might be spot on. I'm also thinking I don't care for Matt Smith as a Targaryen...

I think one review claimed he was Prince Philip in House of Dragons too. (Or was it Dr Who? Some other character he played anyway)

The way that Sam and Dean keep casually cutting their forearms, they really should be full of scars. Why aren't they?

And that was Locke & Key finished.

That was my reaction to the final season of Locke and Key 

I see. Though I think you mentioned it being better than season 2. Personally I think it was at least good that they ended it with a proper ending and not a cliff hanger, seeing as it was the last season.

Edit: Perhaps I should mention that I am now watching the first episode of A Discovery of Witches. I hated the book, but I figured I might feel differently about a TV series. At least it's not all told in first person.

It was alright, not terribly memorable, but at least they had the decency not to drag it out for several seasons longer than necessary.
