Last night I watched Don't Look Up on Netflix and it was mostly OK. The sciencey bits were more convincing than most movies but some of the gags and their targets were a little too obvious and every now and then there'd be a character or scene that was really stupid in a way that kept ruining the tone.
But I didn't miss too much of it by sleeping. :)

I started watching "First Kill" on Netflix (while waiting for Umbrella Academy to arrive :excited: ). I only had time to realise that First Kill looked kind of similar to first kiss to see that the first episode was indeed called first kiss. Second episode was first something else (first blood, probably) and the third one, which I haven't seen yet, is first fight. I wonder if everything first season will be first something or other? Anyway, the main characters are kids, as usual, and they both do their own narrative from their different perspectives and they're.... not great. Not sure I'll watch too many more episodes. I do like their mothers, though. The trailer scene with those two made me think the series would be a bit more humorous.

I've struggled to find anything worth watching, so I've been on a mammoth rewatch of TV shows I have on DVD. Currently in the latter stages of Dexter. I'm debating whether I will move on to Buffy or Battlestar Galactica
