Well there are some time travel plots on Fringe. :confident:

Somehow I ended up watching through all of Tribes of Europe (was too tired to do much else). It doesn't really get any better and most things are quite predictable. Also, it doesn't actually end with the last episode. I hate it when series do that. Especially when it's not a very good series....

:shakefist:
The only part of the story that I was interested in is the one they leave for season two. :eyeroll:
And I don't think I'll be coming back to watch any more of the Boj and Bozies... whatever the hell they are.

I don't understand why script writers all think that there will be post apocalyptic societies where everyone are psychopaths, and blood and violence is all that's appreciated, everyone listens to bad music and wears weird (and at their point in time, old) fashion and seem to use products (like hair dye) that most likely wouldn't be available anymore.

I also don't understand why they think such a society, when also addicted to heavy drugs, would be a threat to anyone. Seriously, the Crows should have driven themselves to extinction in a few years...

The greatest threat is falling off those heels.

Anyway I've now gone back to finishing DS9. I'm now on season 7. :stare:

Good for you. I kind of fell off my Star Trek binge a while ago. Haven't felt like any TNG episodes at all.

Today I watched "Hinterland" (1st episode. They're loooong )

Is that the Welsh detective thingy?

I think I might have watched one of those when it was on normal telly but I didn't stick with it. I vaguely recall that they filmed two versions of it in both Welsh and English rather than just dubbing it. Which seems expensive. :)

Well it IS Welsh, but they do speak English, if unintelligibly at times.

As for Banj's suggestion, I was thinking more along the lines of too many dead brain cells, but sure, we can go with too much rubbish, instead...

Watching the second episode of Hinterland.

The subtitles says they're playing Italian Opera, but it sounds German. I figured it was Italian after all, since I'm no Opera expert. But later in the episode, German prisoners of war are mentioned. (Italian too, though...)

In a few places the subtitles say they say something inaudible, but while I couldn't catch it entirely, it wasn't completely inaudible and I'm fairly sure it wasn't meant to be inaudible.

And just now they said one of the police officers spoke German, when she was reading from something that looked (and sounded) decidedly Welsh to me.

I think Netflix needs some better subtitlists. Whatever that job might be called.
