#6 in a trilogy, huh? Sounds like something Douglas Adams would come up with.

Now into season 3 of House Of Cards and I'm liking the way it's progressed even though all the characters make me angry with their devious manipulations.
And it seems to have its own identity now so it's easy to watch without comparing it to the original like I did at the start.

Yesterday I watched the Ninth Gate with Johnny Depp... Have I seen it before? Not certain. I don't think I did, but... Maybe I just remember the trailer or maybe it's featured on one of those "worst sex scenes in the history of movies" lists (not that I tend to peruse those lists in particular )

Anyway it was kind of slow, odd and pointless... I kept wondering WHY ANYONE would want to summon the Devil. (I guess, if people believed in him, some people would - but the movie didn't quite convey the importance/desire of such a summoning...)

Now I'll probably watch an episode of one series or another that I have already begun watching, though I haven't decided what I feel like watching, as of yet...

I have seen that one but remember very little of it. Doesn't it revolve around a magic evil book of some sort? Or something like that.

Almost time for my Saturday night movie, when hot chocolate is made obviously. ;)
During the week I recorded two 90s films that were on TV: Bram Stoker's Dracula (which I recall liking despite Keanu Reeve's ridiculous presence) and Stargate.
I shall definitely watch the first one and if it's not too long I may sneak at least some of the second one in too.

it's the wrong season for hot chocolate :P
and yes, the Ninth Gate revolved around a book that was a copy of another book, written by the devil. Although apparently the book itself was of little interest. And for some reason a lot of people needed to be killed for no reason, other than possibly to make sure we realised a certain person was a bad person.

Keanu!
What WERE they thinking? :dunno:

*slurps hot choc*
*continues with movie*
(It's actually been surprisingly cold here for the last two days so the hot choc season is still going.)
