I remember when the first Kick Ass came out there was another movie released called Super that had a very similar plot and I preferred that one.
Internet reviews suggest that I'm in the minority with that opinion. Again. :)

Every time there's something even slightly "new" coming out, there's two of them at the same time. Was the same with Ants, wasn't it? I'm sure there were 2 different animated movies with ants at the same time... I think.

So I see. And Antz and a Bug's Life is on the list :)
(Must be very confusing when two movies have the exact same title and year of release.... which apparently happens every now and then.)

I am with you in that minority. I don't think they are particularly similar really, but Super is a better and more interesting film. Shut up crime :shakefist:

Just been watching a couple of episodes of the new Dark Crystal show. What a strange mixture of the absolutely beautiful and the occasionally awful!
Some of those gelfling faces are really stiff and terrible (wish they'd used a bit of CG to give them more expression) but the larger creatures and landscapes are stunning.

since every company started launching their own streaming services and making shows exclusive, is cable all over again .
