Thanks Val. I was struggling with a colour scheme and with making those eggs a focal point so I’m really glad that came across. I took inspiration from a Blizzard Entertainment image where the artist had used that acidic green for the same purpose.
No smudge tool was harmed in the making of this image.

I felt like drawing something after playing lots of Subnautica the last few days... so it's Subnautica inspired (but not depicting anything actually from the game in case Banj's worried about spoilers).




The perspective is terribly wonky, I know. I should probably have made a simple 3D model for reference for those pesky elliptical shapes (although I'm mostly bothered by the square shape at the top, for now)

I like the style of the darker tone bleeding down from the top of the egg. Will look great with colour. :thumbup:
