Site update March 2023

I have just updated the site and had the server switched to PHP 8.1 as the version we were using was officially Deceased and we were clinging on to it's lifeless er... code? 

The result of this PHP update is that certain components of the site that were not compatible have needed to be removed or disabled to prevent the site going boom  Most of these things were replaced with working alternatives, but a handful have been retired for the time being. This means we currently no longer have the awards for challenge wins. Hopefully that will return at some point but I can't guarantee it. Other than that nobody should notice any significant difference.

There will need to be a further update within the next few months to account for another batch of incompatibilities with the sites CMS which is also currently on a version approaching end of life. I am currently gathering all the goats needed for the sacrifice (and goats that are experienced at sacrificing things are hard to come by).
