I'm sure the scene will be on YouTube if you can tolerate Michael York. (And make any sense of that weird 70s vibe. Check out those lovely uniforms.)

What this has to do with Banj's announcement is anyone's (cryptic) guess.
Perhaps he's getting rid of all the old biddies to make way for the young folks.
